Briefing

Theo Brandt, Producer · Team chat · Wed 09:05

“Make the intro punchier, use Sarah’s comment from yesterday, remove the outdated pricing graphic, use the latest brand assets, prepare vertical versions, and make sure every request from revision round three is accounted for.”

The instruction Timbercut acts on. Each numbered clause becomes part of the edit plan.

Earlier decisions, V2 to V7, are in the Creative Decision Graph.

Interactive simulation with sample data. Corvane is a fictional brand created for this demo. So is every person, file and comment. Timbercut’s first pass is scripted: no video is edited or rendered, no AI model is called, and nothing leaves your browser.

Reset the round?

This clears your decisions and returns the simulation to the start. Files you’ve already downloaded aren’t affected.

Reading the round

Accounted for is not the same as done.

The demo keeps four things apart, because a round can look finished when it isn’t.

Comments
Every note as it arrived, from any source. Each one gets an outcome and a reason, including repeats and notes a later instruction replaced.
Requests
What people actually asked for, once repeats are merged. 48 comments in this round become 44 requests.
Execution
Whether a change was applied to the simulated V8, is waiting for a person, was declined, or is blocked.
Verification
Whether each applied change passed its checks. A blocked check stays blocked, and an approved exception is never counted as a pass.

What’s simulated. Timbercut’s reading of the notes, the edit operations and the check results are scripted for this sample, and the evidence is labeled as simulated. The frames in Compare are illustrations, not footage.

What’s real. The state changes, the counts and the audit you download. They all come from the same data, in your browser. Your decisions are kept in this browser’s local storage so the Decision Graph can show them. Privacy

Bring a real round to a pilot.

We’re looking for a small number of teams with real revision rounds to shape the product with us.
